      Pros

      good culture, a tight knit community. Everyone is willing to help each other out

      Cons

      plants are located in small towns which can be a dealbreaker for some. But both appleton and portage are great towns.

      lots of room to learn as an intern, the staff was super helpful and always there to answer questions
