Grew too fast, bad middle management, no appreciation - Advisor Enbridge Employee Review

The company grew too fast so now there is a lot of scrambling and disorganization. Lack of checks and balances on the business development department. Work here if you are okay with your work being tampered with. I felt several times like my ethics has felt compromised because I care about the shareholders. Culture is about face time and not questioning decisions. No appreciation, long hours, no role models, and I feel underpaid.
