Pros
Company Administration, in my experience, is above-average. Although the intranet is a little dated, it's very easy to access information. Succession Planning is a big plus for myself. I'm a professional with goals and Enbridge does an exceptional job of helping me plan for my future career. Time off is pretty robust. 12 "flex" days (one per month to be used or you lose it).
Cons
From what I have seen, communication among the various teams is lacking. There's an overemphasis on safety. I understand that safety is paramount, but performance bonuses should not be directly linked to safety.
