Pros
The people you work with are amazing. The pay is good, as is the time off. If you're in a good department then you will enjoy yourself here.
Cons
2 years of constant threat of layoffs and restructuring with no end in sight. A mentality of you should be thankful to have a job, rather than appreciating the work people bring to the table. Very poor culture right now.
