      Could be more organized in terms of development teams No extra benefits like pension or health plan

      Everyone feels like a friend, nice pleasant environment in a small company. Competitive salary. Excellent work/life balance. Free breakfast + tea/coffee. Great location

      Remote work. Some company activities like anniversary gatherings.

      Cons

      Old tech. Micromanaging. Super low salary. Stayed for more than 2 years and salary did not move a single cent even after probationary and even if performance is good.
