Pros
Compensation ok, Business somehow afloat, low noise and low risk environment. If you can play work politics well it's a good middle ground while you look for a better job.
Cons
During Orientation they tell you that you are part of the family and to ignore the reviews because management has changed X times since then, don't ignore the reviews. Very clique work culture, lots of gossip, some managers probably only have a job due to family/college connections. Several people seriously injured taking shortcuts to get machines running in time that I never saw running the whole time I worked there. It seemed like they were thrown under the bus by the same management that was pushing them to cut corners.
