      Pros

      I've been with the company for just over three years and have had a genuinely positive experience. In that time, I've received multiple pay rises and promotions, and I’ve been supported every step of the way as I've developed into my current role. The leadership team is strong and transparent — the CEO and CFO are very straight-talking, which I really value, and the MD is incredibly supportive. There's a clear sense of direction across the business, and personal development is taken seriously. If you're someone who wants to work hard, grow, and be recognised for your contributions, this is a great environment to thrive in. *Great pay *Supportive and forward thinking MD, CEO and CFO *Opportunities to have impact across the whole company *SMT open to new ideas *Great working environment

      Cons

      *Fast-paced environment: The company moves quickly, which is great for growth, but might feel intense for someone who prefers a slower pace or more structure. *High expectations: The leadership expects a lot, which drives performance and progression for consultant— but it might not suit people who are looking for a chilled environment *Consultant positions may have less hand-holding than other companies, so self-starters tend to do best here.

      Pros

      Transparent terms Easily to manage booking system and nice internet plataform. They make it easier to move from one post to the next.

      Cons

      So far I have not encountered any specific to this agency. It is an agency, so in general to move on to work on a permanent basis for a shcool the school would either need to pay a fee or extend the agreement with the agency for a fixed duration.
