Pros

Decent pay, no micro managing

Cons

The benefits were not great and upper management was very disorganized. While I was working for them a number of people above me quit, which led to them asking me to cover multiple buildings without any sort of guidance. I sometimes was not able to get in touch with a supervisor for days.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to read that you feel we have competitive pay and you’re able to work autonomously without being micromanaged. However, we’re sorry you felt management was disorganized and you experienced delays in getting a response. We’re working hard to be a great place to work and the experience you've reported here tells us we have areas in which we need to improve. Thank you again for your insight. It helps us make EmpowerMe Wellness a better company for everyone. We wish you the best!

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
