Pros
It started off hopeful until leadership implemented their ideas.
Cons
I was hopeful because remote work but everything is monitored and goals are set that if you don’t work a lot of overtime you will not be able to hit them. The revue you produce will flow directly to leadership and because they are paid on your performance they will always hound you for more. But I will say if you can get that manager role (and you don’t mind treating people like crap) you can be positioned to have the flow of funds directed at you, and you can be the person who creates the incentive comp plans that so clearly take money out of the associates pockets and directs it to you.
