      - Limited growth within teams, most of my colleagues who later got promoted had to switch to a new team - Some teams might be more "old school" than others in embracing new tools

      Flexible hours, schedule, heavy case work

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
