Pros
You can definitely run into great people. The benefits are good. There is a lot of potential for growth in the central offices.
Cons
Most managers are not trained to manage people. The mentality overall is very 1950s. Bully managers get to do what they want and treat people badly. HR/upper management is aware and does nothing.
