Pros

Working for an organisation that has this purpose has a great sense of fulfilment. - The founders are sociable and will put in the most effort to ensure everyone is feeling proud and happy in their work they are doing. - Emitwise understands that to get the best out of it employees, a balance between professional and personal life needs to be achieved. Emitwise allows for unlimited time off and reasonably flexible working hours based on requirements, as long as I do not fall behind on work or miss important meetings. - Emitwise offers plenty of opportunity for personal/professional development, which is ver valuable for someone in the early years of their career
Cons
- Not a con as such, but could be depending on your preference: As with many young startups, Emitwise is ever evolving, so the structure can change quite regularly and abruptly. If you are someone who prefers clear defined long term structures this may be difficult to adjust to.
