*Competent people all around you - they hire competent people and it is a pleasure to work with people who seriously know what they're doing *Strong Leadership with a well-developed road-map *Industry leader selling high quality products *Strong business ethics core *Part of a large corporation (Emerson Electric in St. Louis), but at division-level still has a small-company feel
Cons
*Still working to become a high-tech workplace and paper-free --IT and HRIS systems are somewhat behind the times. --Company intranet not well laid out or maintained. --Many Human Resource-related transactions still paper-driven (ie: direct deposit, time sheets, insurance beneficiaries, etc.)
