Pros
Great history and business model. Solid management processes with amazing operations and quality products. Global presence and diversified markets provide a unique environment. St. Louis campus is amazing with gym, great cafeteria and on site medical.
Cons
Going thru restructuring and downsizing. Lots of internal politics with brand weakness and corporate / group / division level conflicts. Lack of real commitment to marketing at the division level. No crm or marketing automation, no content strategy or support and minimal budgets for ad placements or digital platform development.
