The job is Remote but i wouldn’t call it a job.
Cons
Commission only pay structure is a complete lie, they mention a 50% close rate KPI and make this sound incredibly easy however the leads are absolutely unqualified and are not even informed beforehand that you “the salesperson” are selling anything. There is zero contact between other employees of the business so that you cannot talk about sales performance or closing rates, they will refuse if you ask.
Feedback is terrible and I was told that I was performing well and therefor would receive no feedback even when asking for it.
The salary they advertise on seek and indeed is not true at all, you do not receive an ought sales call to receive any where near that number even if you closed every single lead.
This is such an unethical company, do not work for them!
