The management doesn't care about the employees in any angle, and pays them very low with expectations of high quality work. Zero benefits literally, but in the name of TDS, ESI and PF they extract huge amount for themselves and wouldn't even bother to send the employee the payment slip and pay improper amount of salary unlike what has been discussed. They'll drain you like anything with assigning you all the work and pay you a speck. They'll make you hate your job, even though you try to give it your all. Also, there's an employment bond for 2 years which signifies no proper word about the wellbeing of the employee and would reduce the status of a employee who had been working for 2 years to a contract labour, leaving the employee with no benefits like PF or ESI be gained from the years or not even an experience experience certificate can be claimed. They degrade the position of the employee, where no such word exits in the bond and make the process and salary reduction according to who so ever they want and make them feel stranded with nothing left to do but stay, due to the bond. This is a fraudulent practice making company in their hiring process and in the name of giving experience to freshers they pay them as low as one could, and they will make you beg for what you have earned without paying you the amount you deserve as discussed in the offer letter or delay severely in the payment process. There is zero care for an employee hence no employee has ever sustained for a stipulated amount of time and gets absconded. The management is irresponsible and fail at taking good care of their employees and let them go away. Also, you had to pay a high amount of money ( in lakhs) in order to break away from the bond agreement. Don't ever step in if you want growth in your career. The environment is literally a house and you develop no professionalism from here, and you'll tend to forget how to speak fluently in english if you get along with the co employers as everyone speaks in tamil, which is not an issue, but professionalism lacks even there and they would get you involved into their own household stories. Everything's a minus here, except for a few, barely 2 or 3, good amount of people around you.
