Pros
The team members are all down to earth and work hard to assist. Team leads do a great job to be aligned with issues and expectations. It's great working with the client and learning much about their ecosystem. There are a lot of trainings and its a challenging experience each day
Cons
Salaries are terrible - there are no real incentives to keep pushing and delivering. Bryan has no idea what he is doing and each interaction sounds like he is making flows and processes on a day by day basis. Its still a very undefined line who is our team lead and direct report? Doesn't feel like there is any possibility for growth
