Pros
It is a family owned business that has been in business for over 50 years. I enjoyed that it was a collaborative environment. If you had an idea and it made sense, they would implement it.
Cons
Since it was a family environment, you were privy to many "family" issues. However, this didn't put anyone off from doing their job. Everyone is just aware of what was going on, even though the C level didn't think you could hear what was going on behind closed doors, we all knew.
