      The people are great to work with and generally seem happy.

      Cons

      The politics and power struggle of upper management in the IT department were outrageous. Limited career growth and people riding their desk to retirement were reasons for a young employee to want to leave.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
