New CEO making awful choices by rebadging employees to swindle them out of severance pay and laying off the rest. Senior management is top heavy and continues to hire and favor ivy league graduates that do not have the experience to do the job. The employees who are left doing the job of the people who were rebadged or let go are exhausted.
