Best compensation plan I have ever seen for a business development/sales role. Beside just making money, the company structure from the top down eliminates the "I'm only looking out for myself" mentality and generates a culture that is fun and exciting as we all grow together. I also want to point out that we have top notch equipment, 100% of our healthcare premiums paid for (yes you heard that right), and $150 per month gym membership. Bottom line, Embark's philosophy on how to take care of their employees is second to none.
