Middle level management concern. That is new for me before joining there. So I interested to join in that concern. First I got increment regularly, after HR level change, all are collapsed.

more politics, not on date salary. Human resource department is not well enough for employees to get benefits. More politics in increment.

Lack of HR and admin structure, some times it becomes an added responsibility for the team leads, but then i guess that gives you an opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial skills.
