Pay is terrible considering the push on targets and sales. No commission and expected to do online training as well for nothing . Culture of the company is completely toxic with everyone stabbing each other in the back, gossiping etc. Goods sold are way behind the likes of lifestyle and jd, completely dated, buyers don't know what they are at. HR too removed to make any impact on bettering employees situations. Managers getting away with outrageous behaviour and should have been fired long ago.
