Pros

No pros, only an emotional game

Cons

Firstly, this was the biggest wrong step in my career, the CEO of the company is totally unstable and the higher management was also unstable. CEO doesn't even know, how a project runs and how the SDLC of a project runs. Believe me he doesn't even know, what is a waterfall model, employees should explain him. He has no basics on coding, but portraits himself as he knows everything. His behaviour with the employees is horrible and with female employees is really really horrible, he asks them something else and always shouts on employees in the middle of the floor. The above two reviews were forcefully written by the employees. Regarding salaries, you'll listen nice stories from him. The moment salary date arrives, he starts saying stories, that funds have been stuck in overseas, they are coming by flight, will credit the salaries once the flight lands in Hyderabad's airport. These all stories you'll listen, if you join this company. He still has to pay the remaining half salaries to the people who have left the organisation due to salary issue, during the Covid situation and tells that the half salaries will not be credited. He plays an emotional drama with people and looks to gain sympathy of them all the time. He is interested and favourable to the persons, who praise him all the time. My sincere advice is that, look for another opportunity even though you get a call from this company. The openings are fake and you'll not even get your salary at the month end or in the first week of the coming month.
