Unstructured, poorly managed - Area Manager Elm Group Employee Review

Really enjoyed my time at ELM Group. I felt really supported by my line manager Wayne, who was always easily contactable and supportive in me making improvements to the estate. Beth in HR particularly always went above and beyond to ensure i felt supported throughout my onboarding and rest of employment. Katie was another really great support for me from a customer service/ day to day point of view. I was sad to leave my role, but i needed more hours.

No options for full time work/ hybrid working

Very supportive team, always happy to assist. Good training provided. I am grateful for been given the opportunity to work for this company and would recommend it.

Limited amount of full time positions. Processes were not consistent across the different developments.
