Pros
This is one of the few places where you can work on technically ambitious problems in crypto. They're building real products, instead of just grifting people. The engineering bar is high, and you're trusted with real ownership from day one. The team is low-ego, serious, and product-minded. Leadership is transparent and hands-on, and the problems they're solving (on-chain orderbooks, custom VM design, L2 architecture) are interesting. We're also treated very well. Lunch and dinner are provided every day and the office is comfortable. The in-office culture is strong too - we go in 4 days/week.
Cons
Because the team is small and growing quickly, there’s a lot of context to absorb upfront, and not much hand-holding or management. The in-person culture is great for velocity, but it might not be ideal for everyone depending on life stage or commute.
