Free parking. Nice and clean facilities.
Cons
The benefits are mediocre at best. Management keeps telling employees how great they are via newsletters, but that's where it ends. Poor communication from the top. All efforts are spent on expanding and very little is spent on staff retention. They even reduced the accrual rates for vacation time for a lot of their long-serving staff. What a slap in the face! The board of directors has no employee and/pr physician representative on the board.
