Pros
-> Majority of team members are working from more than 5 years -> 3-4 teammates completed more than 9 years . -> Friendly Team -> Supportive Leaders -> Management is very supportive and help the employees -> Providing loans to the employees on their needs (without interest) -> Family atmosphere in the office , which is very rare to see in an IT company . Even I left the company due to my family got shifted to another city. I am missing Elixir so much .. I am still in touch with all Elixirites ...
Cons
-> The only cons I have seen that they trust to their employees so much. Whereas the actuality is few are players ...
