Elixir Medical is truly an innovative medical device company. The staff is very experienced in developing new products and bringing these to the market and leverages the collective expertise build up in engineering, regulatory, clinical and medical affairs. Because most employees are so experienced and well qualified, the output of the processes is typically very good, timely and conducted with a team spirit that you want to see in a smaller company. This makes it a very pleasant company to work for.
Cons
The company is usually hiring experienced staff which has the advantages as described above, but taking some junior employees on board to better distribute the work based upon function might facilitate the future growth of the company.
