Everything is a downside: -terrible working conditions (never clean, disorganized, no toilet paper, or any essential things) -manager “works” from home but is never around to help out or fix problems. She spends most of her days hanging out with her kids and pretends like she is bombarded with stuff to do but the reality is, when there’s no work what is she really doing? -owner of lab is very petty and loves to talk badly about employees or other associates with the manager -very toxic and unhealthy working environment
