Cons
EliteDevSquad has several serious internal issues that negatively impact employee morale and professionalism. The company does not officially register its employees, and its approach to management is highly exploitative and controlling.
There is an excessive level of micromanagement, which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. Out of approximately 30 employees, 6 are HR personnel, which is disproportionate and contributes to a culture of surveillance rather than support.
The HR team frequently monitors work down to the minute, and then arbitrarily deducts pay based on their own interpretation of hours worked. This system lacks transparency and fairness. Moreover, HR representatives fail to show basic respect toward employees, often behaving with a sense of superiority and constantly seeking opportunities to penalize staff in order to gain internal leverage.
This toxic environment discourages growth, loyalty, and trust, and it is highly recommended that the company reevaluates its internal structure and culture if it aims to retain talent and maintain a sustainable reputation in the industry.
