      I can’t find a single pro to working there.

      Thank you for your review. We have full benefits, which includes a full HR solution through our relationship with ADP. In addition, we have a COO and CRO who handle any and all HR related issues that employee feels they need to discuss. Additionally, with have many other HR related resource like employee care, therapy solutions, crisis management to name a few. As far as diversity, we fully support LGTQ and have several LGTQ employees. 30% of our biz dev team are "none white" with 40% being female. For a small company, this very diverse business.

      Pros

      Elite is like Entrepreneur Bootcamp. Expect to commit, work hard, push yourself, and experience an unbelievable amount of growth. It's a great team all around. There is tons of opportunity, and it's an amazing learning environment. Good pay/benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours can be challenging. Probably not the best for those with caretaking responsibilities.

      Pros

      Elite is great for anyone interested in gaining deep industry knowledge in finance, recruiting and consulting. They are a fast growing company that provides an opportunity for someone willing to learn, work hard and grow. They offer plenty of PTO and a great 401k option.

      Cons

      Commissions may take time but if you're willing to put in the work, its worth it.

      Thank you for the review. For a small company, we work hard at trying to create an environment where people can grow, as well as offer good benefits. The hardest part of our business is the time required to generate revenue due to the longer than normal sales cycle. We're worked hard at always trying to find ways to ease that long cycle with various bonus incentives. They don't always work but we keep trying to find the right model.
