Pros
Talented people with amazing depth of knowledge in telecom. Very interesting and challenging tasks. A good place to learn. Positive nice engineering groups and experienced immediate line managers build up a can do attitude.
Cons
The higher level of management (CTO and other C-level people) pushes teams so that quality and work-life balance starts to suffer significantly. Experienced people start to leave because of this and a negative spiral is definitely happening. Salaries are definitely sub average by far, at least in Sweden.
