      Pros

      Great company to work for that genuinely cares about it's people. As much as the company is large in size there still is that 'family' feel about it. Innovations and fresh ideas are always welcomed and if we can they are embedded where it makes sense to! Every day is different and varied and if you want to be developed into a different area within the business you can be!

      I have been with the company for almost a year and have no complaints at all.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
