Majority of the projects take you to the south bay, horrid commute, no culture, treated poorly by clients. Pitch work is awesome and allows us to push the envelop on design. Day/day client work is not challenging design work, it is more production work. No real development, no clear promotion path. Management is all over the place, over worked, spread thin, and not focused on developing teams.
