We strive to ensure fairness and equity for all employees, particularly when it comes to compensation and benefits. Our salaries are aligned with those of other start-up medical device companies, and we conduct biannual reviews to ensure they remain competitive.
One area we’re especially proud of is our comprehensive benefits package, which many employees have highlighted as a standout feature.
