The company truly isn't a bad company, only Integration seems to matter more than the people who work for the company now.

Absolutely one of the greatest groups of people that can be found within a department. The morale and camaraderie within the work place make it a fun and exciting environment, making it incredibly easy to will yourself to work hard for the greater benefit of the company.

The only issue is the starting salary. It is unfortunate for the amount of work and mental tension that the employees don't receive additional compensation but it is not necessarily a negative more so an aspect of the position that could require some room for improvement.
