So far, working at Element Event has given me so much! I learned the responsibilities of a trainer as I was learning the basics myself. By just watching and practising together, I quickly understood the structure to follow when training others and how to get them good at it. Just watch and learn. Now that I have shown I can efficiently meet my targets with consistency, I can spend more time with the core management and learn directly from them. I am given more responsibilities, especially regarding team development and campaign management. I quickly learned how determined and disciplined the top performers were, and the level of intensity they put into work is the same they put in life in general. Great philosophy and mindset towards work and life. You should give 100% to everything you do if you want to get the best out of it.
