A huge disappointment - Anonymous employee Element Electronics Employee Review

3 years ago, the company raffled off 40k at our annual holiday party. 4 months later they announced bonuses, raises and promotions were not going to be paid out due to financial troubles. This is a really good example of how this company operates. There’s no proactive planning, just in a constant reactive state. Over promise and under deliver is their motto. In my 3 years at Element, I witnessed the leadership team and owner show disturbing examples of homophobia, racism, bullying, Physical and emotional abuse screaming political propaganda during meetings with clients. The list goes on. A few weeks before I left, a person in leadership had a threw a giant tantrum. He was throwing things at the wall, screaming at people, and at the end he physically assaulted someone. (Mind you this was all out in the open for everyone to watch) This person who physically assaulted someone has still not been fired.
