Pros
The senior management is good as it has vision for the company which is good.
Cons
1. No good projects or I should say no projects at all. There are teams where employees don't know what to fill in time sheet as no project is available. 2. The managers project false milestones to please higher management. 3. The projects which are available are only integration and testing related projects. 4. The managers have awarded themselves. 5. No product development mindset. 6. In software integration all old age tools are used and there is no hardware infrastructure. 7. If you have to carry out project then you need to do on remote machines which are slow and frustrating.
