Cons
-The honest employee who tries to express an issue will always get short end of the stick. Most input will be seen as complaining. As management always puts it "we don't want to work with prima donnas". -Upper management constantly used scare tactics to force employees to travel last minute. They would notify you that you are traveling for weeks at a time without even 48 hours notice. If you refuse to travel they will threaten to terminate your position. -The company makes frantic changes that are not well thought out just to scrap the idea months later. -direct managers in my department would always talk down to me and even call me "stupid" which I would hear about from other co-workers.
