Pros
Some very talented and lovely people to work with. Learnt a lot from individuals within the company. Direct management was fantastic and flexible in terms of understanding personal situations and incidents.
Cons
No progression outlined. Square peg in a round hole approach to roles. Minimal information being given to employees regarding business direction/decisions. For a modern company, not a huge amount of company benefits. Holiday is the minimum, pay isn't fantastic etc. Jobs/roles given to employees internally on top of the day to day work, that are completely different to what their current role is. Feels like a cost cutting exercise and causes unnecessary stress and anxiety.
