Pros
The culture is really warm and collaborative. There is tremendous number of opportunities for improvement in broken and disjointed processes. The company is evolving and transforming to be leaner and more productive. PJ office is comfortable, with ergonomic chairs, massage chairs and even a gaming room.
Cons
Office politics driven by some very senior people to protect their turf. No Chief People Officer for over a year making things uncertain and lacking strategic certainty. There are several long serving employees who are complacent with their routine activities and make recurrent careless mistakes, showing that they are bored of their job. Working with such colleagues is demotivating.
