Pros

There are some (emphasize "some") good people there that wanted the company to succeed. But every company should be able to say at least that. They pay their management fairly well and the benefits are good, but long days and almost every weekend didn't make the pay worth it.

Cons

Two issues: First management was very disjointed. There was a lot of infighting and an inability to work as a team. Some departments appeared that they would rather see another department fail and thus the company instead of helping. This kept management too busy to focus on issue #2. Second, on average the floor employees don't care. Some cared, some wanted to care, but most didn't care about the success of the company. They were not motivated to do their job largely due to management's lack of interest in their needs (remember, they were fighting amongst themselves). All-in-all it was a very difficult environment to work in

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback, which does matter to us. Your comments highlight how important strong, collaborative leadership is to the ability of others to do their jobs well. We hope that the recent public organizational changes in North America can set the tone for moving the company forward in this respect.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
