Pros

Before I began working here straight out of university, I read a lot of negative reviews about this company on glassdoor. A lot of people weren't happy with the culture, management, pay, etc. but a lot of those reviews are over a year old so let me offer a more recent and honest opinion. Ever since I Started, I learned that a lot of investment has been made in 2015 to restructure the North American portion of the company and it has dramatically changed the direction of Electrolux for the better. Being fairly new, it's awesome how everyone here wants you to succeed and is willing to help and be transparent with you. You get to collaborate with several third party agencies, everyone here has vast experience (there aren't many entry level jobs at this company), and there is opportunity to grow quite rapidly if you apply yourself. Culture is great and constantly pushes "innovation" as a theme, work/life balance is way better than I expected, and the future of this company seems positive.

Cons

There is some corporatey politics that occur, but it happens at almost every company with a hierarchy. Culture is still shifting, people are still learning how to effectively and efficiently collaborate without delaying projects.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
