Pros

Easy work, good hours, SOME good managers but very few and far between (CJ Jones is fantastic) they will hire anybody and everybody (which is also a con) good food in the canteen

Cons

Awful to 0 communication, management, team leads, etc are put in position for relationships outside of work rather than their actual work ethic (ex. Team lead may be sleeping with manager, which then leads to people in higher positions who have no idea what’s going on and are lazy and terrible at job because they know they will not lose their position) lots of shady things happening inside the plant, you have to pay close attention to your pay check I am still owed a full day of overtime (8 hours at $30hr) and am also owed a full week of pay that was withheld when I started and was never compensated when I quit and there are many others who are owed pay. Any time you need to speak with HR you are treated as a nuisance and are extremely unpleasant and disrespectful you are treated awfully so that you will be hesitant to come to HR with any issues

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
