Pros

Benefits are decent. AL is definitely more than your typical 14 days, pay is within market rate, if you are lucky you get free products from the company and staff purchase gives you a nice discount from retail stores

Cons

A lot of office politics so don't be surprised if you get alienated. It gets to a point where there a freeloaders who do not have to answer questions asked by the GM. Instead they have someone else to cover them. Lack of guidance and a pretentious bunch of people. Product and Sales hate the GM and have no guts to tell him to his face. Lousy products that cannot fight with the competition like the Koreans and Japanese. Their own electrolux staff know that their products are garbage and will not buy them but instead buy LG or samsung products. Their products are so bad that marketing team had an idea to get the staff to write favorable reviews on their webpage in exchange for a vacuum cleaner. Great way to mislead consumers. Management is really indecisive about making decisions concerning product development.

Pros

Office is clean. Free electric vehicle charging is available.

Cons

Global Leadership is forcing RTO which is presumably to get people to quit so they don't have to have a RIF and deal with that backlash. There's no reason for it after posting great numbers while everyone was remote or hybrid. Leadership is expecting the same output from employees as those at the banks in Charlotte. But that's without the benefits of high pay, big bonuses and unlimited PTO. Unless you're on a director's favorites list, you are just a pawn.
