Current Employee but soon to be effected by one of the many layed offs - Engineering Manager Electrolux Employee Review

* There is a profound lack of respect for management * Management is secretive and elitist, a real good old boy club. * Very unorganized and/or nonexsistant processes resulting in frequent restructuring and lay offs. There are documented processes but I have yet to see anyone follow them * Very low raises even after great performance.
