      Pros

      If you have no other opportunities then take this as a "JOB". You will not have a growth filled career.

      Cons

      Little to no profit sharing. No bonus, no incentives If you are not in the boys club, forget it. It might be better if you are a rain maker Otherwise you are just a commodity.

      Pros

      People are nice, the office is nice. The area has some good food carts to go to for lunch

      Cons

      Unorganized. Hired me for a job that was essentially organizing emails. Not what I applied for at all.
