      Pros

      Wages were reasonable. Staff generally tried hard in a difficult and confusing environment

      Cons

      Turnover of staff (including management) resulted in a chaotic work environment. Management rarely left the Sydney office which resulted in an "us' and "them" mentality. Employment agreements were ignored or changed.

      Good benefits package. Diverse people in the company. Bagel day on Wednesdays. Celebrations on specific days

      Bad management. No room to excel or build a career. Lots of favoritism.
